Kea or Tzia is a Cycladic island of the Aegean Sea. Because of its proximity to Attica it is a popular weekend destination. Our Tour starts from Athens, Kalamaki Marina at 09:00 a.m. We will cruise the sea coast and head for Cape Sounion.Cape Sounion is noted as the site of ruins of an ancient Greek temple of Poseidon, the god of the sea in classical mythology.
The remains are perched on the headland, surrounded on three sides by the sea. You will be amazed, you will find yourself stare at the beautiful scenery with awe.
We passing through the historic Island of Makronisos and then we arrive at the Island of Kea. Kea is an ideal place for a trip with a yacht because it has many small beaches and secluded coves that you cannot visit by car.
Next stop is the magnificent natural small port of Vourkari; considered to be one of the safest natural harbors in the Mediterranean.
It is time for lunch! Enjoy tasty fish delicacies and the famous lobster pasta in the restaurants and various cocktails at the bars. The restaurants in Kea are among the best in Greece!
Time is given if you wish to walk the path of the oak forest, the ancient alleys in the center of the island.
We return to Sounio for a small stop to view the beauty of sunset under Sounion
